"I grew up knowing State Farm, but when I had my own car, home and child to insure...I knew I could only trust them to State Farm. I've been with Scott's agency for 8 years. I am so impressed... Through every change in my life ( my son turning 16, getting a car; my son graduating from college and getting his own apartment; me being an empty nester looking forward retirement and needing to re-evaluate my life insurance needs), Scott and Lorie (and the full team) have been there. They're both so patient explaining options to help me save money (especially important when I was laid off during covid💕) with multiple policies across multiple households (and at 1 point across multiple states). With so much going on, I can trust Scott to give me sound recommendations and all the info needed to cover our homes(renters), life and autos. I wouldn't trust any other agent...this level of service, professionalism, responsiveness... Absolutely the peace of mind I need at this time. They're honestly like family. "Scott LaDuke is personable and helpful when it comes to problem solving. Originally I was having trouble getting in touch with him, and he went out of his way to call me, make sure all of my questions and go in depth into every piece of the conversation. This is an agent who wants to get to know his policy holders. He is proud of his brand and his employees and it shows."

"Hi Lindsey, I just sent you a text asking if we could discuss. I'm happy to talk it over and see if we can find a way to meet your needs. I'm so sorry we were not able to answer your call the fist time you called today. It looks like we did answer the 3rd time, but there was no message on the prior calls. I researched calls from your number and the all came on Monday or Fridays, our heaviest call volume days. We make every effort to catch calls promptly, but sometimes we get 4-5 calls at one time, then have none for 30 minutes. We don't have an option to stay on hold because we employ a service where a live representative answers the calls and takes a detailed message for us, which we typically return within the hour, if not in minutes. It looks like you abandoned the calls before it got to them. We promise to get back to you if you leave a message with them. We chose this service because most people were not fond of leaving a voicemail or holding without a good expectation of how long that process may be. We get the message immediately in our email that we see quickly and respond as soon as we can. Also, another option is to text us at the office number 214-740-1800 or our email of Service@ScottLaDuke.com. We monitor these requests throughout the day on the same timeframe. If you want to speak with me personally, I'm always happy to schedule a time, but I typically need to block out times for that and do it by appointment, so just let us now. My staff have 23 and 33 years of experience and really strive to provide the best customer service. Please give us a chance to continue to serve you. We sincerely value your time and I believe we can meet your expectations. Regarding the wrong rate, that is due to a discount that derives from a policy in another state. It does not get automatically linked because it is out of state and can get missed, so we have to manually go in and add the discount back, but the wrong bill is mailed simultaneous to us seeing it missing, requiring us to manually correct it and a 2nd bill is generated. If the 2nd policy was in TX, our systems catch it automatically, but this is an exception and is out of our office's personal control. I hope this helps to explain the situation. "After having been a client for 15+ years, I highly recommend Scott and his staff for any of your insurance needs. I've lived through numerous home and auto claims with Scott, Lorie, and Laura, all of which have been handled in a timely and seamless manner. In addition, we've never been "shorted" in any of the home and auto claims we filed. State Farm, while not always the lowest priced insurance, has been worth every penny when we've needed them for claims support. In 2019, we filed two homeowners claims just four months apart, one for the June wind storm and the second due to the October tornado. Scott personally assisted us by stepping in with State Farm's corporate office to secure approval for additional hotel nights when needed. In addition, we were the first of our neighbors to return to our home due to the speed at which State Farm processed our claims and approved the needed repair work. I couldn't be happier with the service and support Scott and his team have provided. They are wonderful folks, both professionally and personally, and I'm very thankful for the service and friendship they've extended to my family all these years."
