"Hi Lindsey, I just sent you a text asking if we could discuss. I'm happy to talk it over and see if we can find a way to meet your needs. I'm so sorry we were not able to answer your call the fist time you called today. It looks like we did answer the 3rd time, but there was no message on the prior calls. I researched calls from your number and the all came on Monday or Fridays, our heaviest call volume days. We make every effort to catch calls promptly, but sometimes we get 4-5 calls at one time, then have none for 30 minutes. We don't have an option to stay on hold because we employ a service where a live representative answers the calls and takes a detailed message for us, which we typically return within the hour, if not in minutes. It looks like you abandoned the calls before it got to them. We promise to get back to you if you leave a message with them. We chose this service because most people were not fond of leaving a voicemail or holding without a good expectation of how long that process may be. We get the message immediately in our email that we see quickly and respond as soon as we can. Also, another option is to text us at the office number 214-740-1800 or our email of Service@ScottLaDuke.com. We monitor these requests throughout the day on the same timeframe. If you want to speak with me personally, I'm always happy to schedule a time, but I typically need to block out times for that and do it by appointment, so just let us now. My staff have 23 and 33 years of experience and really strive to provide the best customer service. Please give us a chance to continue to serve you. We sincerely value your time and I believe we can meet your expectations. Regarding the wrong rate, that is due to a discount that derives from a policy in another state. It does not get automatically linked because it is out of state and can get missed, so we have to manually go in and add the discount back, but the wrong bill is mailed simultaneous to us seeing it missing, requiring us to manually correct it and a 2nd bill is generated. If the 2nd policy was in TX, our systems catch it automatically, but this is an exception and is out of our office's personal control. I hope this helps to explain the situation.
